User Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of personal information associated with BO Bowling's website, reservation enquiries, loyalty and customer-management software used by BO Bowling, or WhatsApp Business Platform communications. Contact BO Bowling using the channel shown below and clearly state that you are requesting deletion of personal data.

To help us locate the correct record, please provide the name and phone number or email address used with BO Bowling, the service or record concerned, and any relevant booking, loyalty or conversation details. Please do not send information that is unnecessary for identifying your request.

Before acting on a request, BO Bowling may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that the requester is the person concerned or is authorised to act for that person. This helps protect customer information from unauthorised deletion requests.

We will review a verified request and take appropriate steps to delete, anonymise, or otherwise handle the information where appropriate. Where a request concerns software used by BO Bowling, Meta/WhatsApp or another service provider, BO Bowling will manage or forward the request through the relevant process where applicable. This page does not promise automatic deletion from third-party systems.
